Human Bean opens second Windsor location

WINDSOR — Human Bean Northern Colorado has opened its second Windsor coffee house, the 11th in Northern Colorado.

Local officials and business leaders, including Windsor Mayor Julie Cline, joined The Human Bean team to celebrate the opening at 1700 Main St. with a ribbon cutting Dec. 11.

“We’re grateful for the continued support from Windsor,” Frank Sherman, co-owner of Human Bean Northern Colorado, said in a prepared statement. “This new location allows us to serve even more neighbors with the friendly energy people expect from The Human Bean. We look forward to delivering more great coffee to this wonderful community.”

The new 514-square-foot Windsor location features The Human Bean’s signature double-sided drive-thru where orders are taken face-to-face for a greater personal experience. It offers a wide variety of locally sourced menu items, including kid-friendly options. Like the other 10 local Human Beans, this newest location will offer a range of customizable espresso, matcha and frozen treats along with their line of five fresh brewed coffees, iced coffee and cold brew. Sweet and savory food options are available all day.

An outdoor gazebo provides a welcoming spot for customers enjoying the nearby trail or just wanting to stay awhile. Those choosing to relax on site can order from the walk-up window.

The new Windsor location is open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Human Bean Northern Colorado has been locally owned and operated since 2004. Its other locations include 405 E.
