If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?

I would tell my younger self not to be so hard on herself. Mistakes are part of learning and they do not define your worth. Trust the process, ask more questions, and do not be afraid to lean on others. You do not have to carry everything alone.

Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?

I have been fortunate to have several mentors who have shaped my personal and professional journey. In my career, my BetterUp coach and leaders I have worked with invested in my growth, helping me strengthen my leadership skills and emotional intelligence. I have also had the privilege of mentoring others, which has taught me as much about myself as it has about guiding someone else. Personally, family and close friends have been my anchors, reminding me of my values and encouraging me to keep moving forward, even during challenging times. Each of these relationships has played a role in shaping the person I am today.

Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?

After 40, I see myself continuing to grow both personally and professionally, but with a focus on helping others navigate their journeys. I hope to be fully using my coaching skills, mentoring others in their careers, and creating spaces where people feel supported to learn and take risks. I also see myself balancing that with a life that brings me joy and fulfillment outside of work, staying curious, healthy, and connected to the people I care about.
