If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
Don’t wait for perfect, and don’t let fear of failure hold you back. The best lessons and the best opportunities have come from simply putting myself out there, even when the outcome wasn’t certain. I’ve learned progress is far more powerful than perfection.
Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?
My greatest mentor is my husband and business partner, Noah. We met young and, in many ways, grew up together. He is the one who reminds me that anything is possible, especially in moments when I doubt myself. His unwavering belief in me, and his ability to see a path forward when I cannot, has shaped not just our business but the way I show up in every part of my life.
Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?
As I approach 40, I see the next chapter as one of deeper connection to myself, my family, my community, and the work I create. I hope to continue building businesses that serve both people and place well, where employees thrive and clients feel seen. I want raising my three kids to stand as my greatest accomplishment, alongside influencing the design-build industry with spaces that leave people feeling both grounded and alive. To me, success after 40 means growing legacy and impact in equal measure.
