Colorado pastor must repay $3M+, stop selling crypto
DENVER — Denver-based online pastor Eli Regalado, who faces dozens of counts of fraud and theft, was ordered by a judge to cease selling cryptocurrency for 20 years and repay $3.4 million.
Along with several others, Regalado launched INDXcoin in 2021, according to a Denver Post report.
