Resurrection Christian Preschool moves, to open in Windsor

WINDSOR — Resurrection Christian School has moved its preschool from its Loveland campus to a former KinderCare location in Windsor and will open there Sept. 15.

The school has served families from preschool through 12th grade at 6508 E. Crossroads Blvd., adjacent to Loveland Resurrection Fellowship church. However, the school announced Tuesday that its preschool has moved to 4755 Royal Vista Circle in Windsor, five miles north of the main RCS campus.

A lease dispute between the church and the school that neared settlement more than a year ago flared up again last month, with Resurrection Fellowship church suing Resurrection Christian School in Larimer District Court and the school claiming church interference with school operations.

According to a news release issued Tuesday, all of the preschool’s teachers “who have faithfully served RCS preschool families for the past 25 years have transitioned to the new Windsor location.

“It’s the same preschool, the same teachers, and the same mission — just a new location,” the RCS Preschool leadership team said in a prepared statement. “At Resurrection Christian Preschool, early childhood education is more than academics — it’s about nurturing the whole child. Teachers intentionally support each child’s physical, emotional, and social development within a safe, loving, Christian environment.”
