Oil company ordered to pay fine, clean up
DENVER — Oil producer K.P. Kauffman has been ordered to pay $1.9 million in fines or lose its right to operate in the state.
The company, according to the Colorado Sun report, also needs to clean up 78 sites. K.P. Kauffman has operations in Fort Lupton.
