Berthoud residents eye plan for First Street corridor

BERTHOUD — Berthoud town planners, reacting to the area’s rapid population growth, are developing a roadmap for First Street that will direct future development and codify standards for design, construction and improvements. According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, the town’s staff hosted an open house on Wednesday so they could field residents’ questions about the impact on existing properties and get their feedback on the proposed enhancements.
