Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.
- Codepops Inc., the business name for Boulder company Bitsbox, raised $287,900 out of its $600,000 offering. The offering includes options, debt and promissory-note sales. Bitsbox sells kits that teach children how to code.
• Boulder software-as-a-service cybersecurity company Resurface Labs Inc. has raised $3.4 million in equity, according to an amended filing.
