“Jeremy and I have long looked forward to our retirement.“ Raymond said in a statement. “I’ve worked hard for 40 years to build a strong, innovative company that’s poised for enduring success. We are grateful to name Tim Hirschenhofer as RLE’s next President and are confident that his leadership and dedication will serve the company and RLE employees well for years to come.”

As Mental Health Awareness Month unfolds in Colorado, it serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to prioritize mental well-being.

Hirschenhofer has worked for RLE for seven years, most recently serving as senior vice president of operations.

“Tim has been my friend for more than 20 years and has our full confidence and trust,” said Swanner, who serves as chairman of RLE’s board. “Tim’s experience in our industry and knowledge of RLE products are second to none. He guided RLE through the Covid pandemic and subsequent supply chain disruptions with forethought and diligence. His efforts kept manufacturing operations running, orders shipping, and customer needs met during these unprecedented times.“
