Fort Collins motorcycle company adds Royal Enfield

FORT COLLINS — Fort Collins Yamaha Suzuki Inc., which does business as Fort Collins Motorsports, has picked up a new motorcycle line — Royal Enfield.

The motorcycle dealer will be the first dealer north of Denver to carry the product. 

“At Fort Collins Motorsports, we strive to make motorcycling more accessible for all levels of riders,” Jeff Sroufe, owner of Fort Collins Motorsports, said in a press release. “The Royal Enfield brand is high-quality, yet affordable, and has a vintage style that aligns well with the timeless characteristics and culture of other brands we carry, such as Indian.”

Royal Enfield is the oldest and largest middle-weight motorcycle company

in the world, the company said. It’s relatively new to the U.S. market but globally has been around since 1901. It’s origins are in India.

Royal Enfield’s have suggested retail prices ranging from $4,999 to $6,749. Fort Collins Motorsports will offer three Royal Enfield models including the Himalayan, the INT650 roadster,  and the Continental GT 650, described as “a high style, hipster-esque bike.”
