EnergyLogic acquires Green Building Hawaii

BERTHOUD — EnergyLogic Inc., a Berthoud-based company engaged in applied building sciences, has acquired Green Building Hawaii, which provides energy and sustainability consulting and inspections in Hawaii. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are excited to extend our presence to another market that recognizes and helps steer the evolution of the built environment to an ever more sustainable place. Green Building Hawaii is a great cultural and strategic fit for EnergyLogic,” Steve Byers, EnergyLogic’s CEO, said in a press release. 

The deal brings together EnergyLogic’s scaled business systems and Green Building Hawaii’s additional expertise in commercial buildings, the companies said.
