3 state restaurants among 100 nation can’t afford to lose

Three Colorado restaurants are among a list of 100 that Esquire magazine says the nation can’t afford to lose.

In a tribute to the editors’ favorite culinary haunts, Esquire said that the 100 listed are too important, too integral to the character of the nation to lose as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Colorado restaurants listed were:

  • Silver Grill Cafe, Fort Collins.
  • Frasca Food and Wine, Boulder.
  • Alpino Vino, Telluride.
