Calif. group pays $25.75M for Uptown office building

DENVER — A Los Angeles-based investment group has acquired a Denver office building for $25.75 million.

BusinessDen reports that groups affiliated with L.A.-based Regent Properties purchased the 12-story building at 1900 N. Grant St., with plans to upgrade the 136,118-square-foot property. The property was sold by Steelwave, also based in California.
