Colorado hotel booking site seeks to liquidate
DENVER — Hotels For Everyone, an online hotel reservation service run by a Broomfield man, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection several months after the site shut down.
Matt Garton And Associates LLC, which did business as Hotels For Everyone and a series of other trade names, was managed by Broomfield resident Matt Garton, according to documents filed this week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver. The company appears to have ceased operation in May.
“Unfortunately, performance issues and recent changes imposed by suppliers dramatically reduced sales and solvency, which essentially forced the company to close the business,” a message posted to Hotels-For-Everyone.com on May 31 said. Phone numbers for the company are no longer in service.
