Vitamin maker Quicksilver Scientific moving from Lafayette to Louisville’s CTC
LOUISVILLE — Quicksilver Scientific Inc. is moving from Lafayette to a 60,000-square-foot building in Louisville’s Colorado Technology Center.
The maker of hemp extract and other nutrition products said in a press release it intends to start moving from its current 23,000-square-foot building to 1960 Cherry St. in the CTC later this year and fully move in by next January.
The company plans to house all of its administration, research and development, manufacturing and shipping in the building and will have an in-house retail shop open to the public.
Quicksilver also said it intends to hire 10 more employees through 2019 to its current roster of 80.
