Glendale office building sells for $13.6M

GLENDALE — A Denver-based real estate investment company has purchased a 10-story office building in Glendale for $13.6 million.

BusinessDen reports that Centre Point Properties acquired The Forum at Cherry Creek at 425 S. Cherry St. from Denver-based Millice Group. The building encompasses more than 83,000 square feet and is 88 percent leased, BusinessDen reports.

The purchase was financed by Bellco Credit Union.
