Loveland-based Lightning Hybrids changing its name, moving

LOVELAND — Lightning Hybrids has changed its name to Lightning Systems and is moving to larger headquarters in Loveland.
The Loveland company, which helps commercial and government truck fleets manage their emissions, announced the name change on Wednesday at the Advanced Clean Transportation Conference in Long Beach, Calif.
To coincide with the name change, Lightning Systems is moving its headquarters to the Rocky Mountain Center for Innovation and Technology, at southwest 14th Street and Taft Avenue. The 45,000-square-foot space is nearly double the company’s previous location.
