Windsor board to vote on $3.7M incentive package for mill redevelopment

Blue Ocean Enterprises’ plans to redevelop a historic mill in downtown Windsor could take another major step forward tonight.

The Coloradoan reports that the Windsor Town Board is set to vote on a $3.7 million incentive package to help defray some of the cost of turning the mill into a mixed-use facility that includes a brewpub, cocktail bar, restaurant and office space.
