Lafayette Promenade development inches forward
Days after Lafayette filed a condemnation lawsuit against the town of Erie, Lafayette’s planning commission on Tuesday approved a site plan for a 21,930-square-foot commercial development that will compete with Nine Mile Corner.
The Daily Camera reports that the 30-acre Lafayette Promenade will be across the street from Nine Mile Corner and north of a Walmart store.
