Arlo Richardson family buying up downtown Greeley property
Without yet revealing their plans, the family of Greeley businessman Arlo Richardson is buying up several properties in downtown Greeley.
The Greeley Tribune reports that the family’s Richmark Development Partners bought five properties in the 1500 and 1600 blocks of 8th Avenue in May, adding to two properties purchased in the 1300 block of 8th in January. Richardson told the paper that the family is still exploring possibilities for the properties.
