Larimer County officials again seeking I-25 expansion funds

Larimer County is preparing to once again try and land federal grants that could help fund the expansion of Interstate 25 from Longmont north.

The Coloradoan reports that the county is eyeing a pair of grants: a $500 million TIGER grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, as well as a portion of funds from the federal government’s $4.5 billion FASTLANE program.
