Autoplex by Vanworks buys building for shop in Loveland

LOVELAND — Fort Collins-based Autoplex by Vanworks, a truck and vehicle aftermarket accessory shop, has purchased a building at the entrance to the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport, where it plans to open a shop in 2016.

Autoplex purchased a 14,640-square-foot building and three acres of land at 5710 Byrd Drive in Loveland from Collins Collision for $1.4 million, according to public records.

Autoplex plans to spend approximately $500,000 to renovate the building, allowing it to expand its retail space and increase its trade area, in addition to bringing 20-plus jobs to the area.
