Weakley takes leadership post with Bryan Cave’s technology law practice

BOULDER — Attorney Mark Weakley, managing partner in Bryan Cave LLP’s office in Boulder, has been named the deputy leader of the international law firm’s Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial practice.

Weakley will take over as companywide TEC leader Jan. 1. He is stepping down as managing partner in the Boulder office to take on the new responsibilities.

Attorney Chris Hazlitt will become the managing partner in Boulder.

Weakley has been with Bryan Cave since its merger with Holme Roberts & Owen LLP in 2012. He joined HRO in 2000. Weakley focuses on venture-capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions for technology companies. He advises…
