Fort Collins staff stands pat following DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield merger
FORT COLLINS — The merger of real estate brokerages DTZ and Cushman & Wakefied that was finalized Wednesday won’t bring any personnel changes to DTZ’s office in Fort Collins, but the group will use the Cushman & Wakefield name.
Greg Morris, DTZ’s managing principal in Denver, and Kristine Reinhardt, executive vice president and principal in Denver, will continue to oversee operations and the firm’s 18 brokers in the office in Fort Collins at 772 Whalers Way, Suite 200.
“The executive team in that office remains intact,” Reinhardt said Thursday.
