Lamar investment group pays $1.9M for Loveland industrial building

LOVELAND — An investment group based in Lamar has purchased a 22,530-square-foot industrial building in Loveland for $1.9 million.

Frontier Group LLC, headed by Peter Page, purchased the building at 1531 E. 11th St. in the Ward Industrial Park from Saddlenotch LLC, led by Gunter Preuss of Loveland.

Preuss is owner and president of Genesis Hospitality Corp., a custom hand-crafted cabinetry and millwork company, also in Loveland. He did not respond to a request for comment on the sale.

The building on 11th Street is leased to RJ Taylor-Wyatt LLC, an oil-field services company. Page said the acquisition was an investment, and RJ Taylor-Wyatt will continue to lease the building.

Patrick O’Donnell and Bruce Campbell of Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. listed the property. Mark Norem of Mark Norem Real Estate and Ron Kuehl of Realtec were the selling brokers.
