Boulder-based Conscience Bay buys major Denver industrial park
Boulder private equity firm Conscience Bay Co. recently purchased 700,000 square feet of industrial space in Denver for an undisclosed price.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the property, the Colorado Trade Center, is near the junction of interstates 70 and 25 and had previously been owned by a group called Bannock Street Center. The purchase marks the first in Denver for Conscience Bay.
