Golden Triangle completes projects in Fort Collins, Aurora

LONGMONT — Golden Triangle Construction in Longmont recently completed construction of a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse at Toll Brothers Inc.’s Kechter Farm community in southeast Fort Collins and a 40-acre municipal water park in Aurora.

The clubhouse at Kechter Farm has a fitness center, yoga room, event areas, a 3,500-square-foot pool, spa and outdoor entertainment areas.  Site work includes utilities, barbecues, pergola, playground, gas fire place, fencing, landscaping and parking lot. The project was designed by Fort Collins-based Vaught Frye Larson Architects.

Toll Brothers is building 415 luxury homes ranging in price from $500,000 to more than $1 million on 166 acres.
