Number of home sales, prices increasing in Weld, Larimer, Boulder counties
The number of homes sold in Weld, Larimer and Boulder counties along with their selling price increased in March, according to a report released Thursday.
According to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Report, 998 condominiums and single-family home were sold in Weld and Larimer counties in March, a 49 percent increase compared with the 670 that were sold in February and a 19 percent increase compared with the 840 that were sold in March of last year.
