Everitt Companies sells three buildings for $8.4M

FORT COLLINS — Three groups of investors have partnered to acquire three buildings along S. College Avenue in Fort Collins from entities registered to the Everitt Companies in Fort Collins for $8,375,000, according to public records.

The buildings are at 2900, 3000 and 3030 S. College Ave.

The building at 2900 S. College Ave. is three stories with a basement totaling 32,000 square feet of space. Its main tenant is Guaranty Bank.

The building at 3000 S. College Ave. is two stories with 21,798 square feet, and its main tenant is the Department of Corrections.

The building at 3030 S. College Ave. is two stories with 21,798 square feet, and houses the Department of Motor Vehicles.

One of the three buying groups is an entity formed by Spiro Palmer, owner of Fort Collins-based Palmer Properties, a real estate investment, development and property-management company. Principals of the other two entities have not been disclosed.

Palmer Properties will manage the three buildings, according to spokeswoman Brooke Tamlin, the company’s real estate and accounting manager.

David Everitt, owner of Everitt Companies, was not available for comment.
