Retail building in Erie sold for $1.4 million

ERIE – A 7,200-square-foot retail space in Erie has been sold for $1.4 million.

The building at 3160 Village Vista Drive is in the Village at Vista Ridge strip mall along Colorado Highway 7, two miles west of the Interstate-25 interchange.

Gurpreet Kaur, through the entity Village Vista Plaza Inc., used a loan from the Small Business Administration to purchase the property from Liberty Capital Inc., an entity created by Ohio-based Liberty Savings Bank FSB, which obtained the property through foreclosure.
