Incubators aren’t for chickens. At least not according to Ryan Speir, the recently chosen leader of the University of Northern Colorado’s new business incubator.

As former chief operating officer and interim chief executive of the Rocky Mountain Innosphere and serial entrepreneur, Speir said he knows the guts it takes to put your money where your dreams are and start your own company.
