Cameron Grant brings 18 years of experience representing real estate developers, land owners, business owners and individuals in complex transactions with an emphasis on real estate, business and oil and gas matters.

Cameron’s father, Wally Grant, has been practicing law in Boulder County for more than 45 years, focusing on real estate, water law and estate planning and administration.

Fritchel brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and business transactions, as well as probate and estate administration.

Each of the attorneys practiced law at LGKH in the 1990s, when the firm was known as Grant Bernard Lyons & Gaddis PC. Wally Grant co-founded Grant & McCarren, which, over 45 years, evolved into LGKH.

Together, they greatly enhance our real estate group and position us for the significant growth to come in Northern Colorado and beyond.”

The firm, located on the second floor at 515 Kimbark St., has 17 attorneys and a broad practice that covers business, real estate, water, government issues, school and special districts, civil litigation and personal-injury work.
