A 5.89-acre parcel of mostly undeveloped land just north of the site at 2641 4th St. sold for $4.6 million in 2011, according to the Boulder County Assessor’s website.
Boulder Community Hospital is in the early stages of a $110 million expansion of the Foothills Hospital campus. The majority of inpatient acute services and the emergency room are being moved to the campus, which is at 4747 Arapahoe Ave., over a period of three years.
The second phase of the expansion, which is centralizing outpatient services and business operations at the campus on Broadway, will cost $15 million spread over two years, according to the hospital’s website.
