BOULDER — Coloradans have to work hard to become bored with nothing to do.

From outdoor recreation to cultural art programs, the choices available stretch farther than the day is long. For many, however, unyielding barriers stand in the way of enjoying and participating in things in which the rest of us take pleasure.
