Drahota to build Denver luxury apartments

FORT COLLINS – Drahota has been selected as the contractor for a luxury apartment project in Englewood.

The project, called Vallagio at Inverness, will include 272 units on 6.5 acres and is being developed by The Wolff Co. of Scottsdale, Ariz. The development will include a clubhouse, pool and underground parking.

Construction is expected to begin this summer and will be complete by fall 2013. Patrinely Group, also of Scottsdale, is providing project management services and Kephart Architects of Denver led the project’s design.
