Award created in Dean Callan’s name

BOULDER – The legacy of the late Dean Callan, founder of Dean Callan & Co. and a pioneer in commercial real estate brokerage in Boulder, will live on in an award in his honor, the Commercial Brokers of Boulder announced Monday.

Callan, who died Oct. 8, founded Dean Callan & Co. in 1963. His contributions to the industry and the community were noted in tributes by several of the biggest names in Boulder real estate at the CBB luncheon.
