Gov. Hickenlooper updates state eco-devo plan

DENVER – Gov. John Hickenlooper on Monday released an updated version of “The Colorado Blueprint: A bottom-up approach to economic development,” an economic development plan created earlier this year and subjected to public comment.

The plan was released for public comment at the end of the summer, and the revised version includes more explicit details, clarified leadership roles and accountability, tighter timelines and more specific measurable outcomes on the 24 tactics outlined in the document.
