The Mysterious Angels in Our Lives

It is generally not your mother, brother, or best friend who leads you to your next job opportunity. It’s the guy sitting next to you while you are waiting for a haircut! Your spouse may not listen nearly as well as the neighbor over your back fence when you need to vent about your work situation. When you have an idea for a new business it may be a casual acquaintance rather than your very own sister who inspires, supports and just plain “gets” what you are trying to accomplish.

So many times I have been reminded of the fact that it is virtual strangers rather than our dearest family and closest friends who become angels in our lives.

And this leads me to remind you that every single minute of your life is an interview. It is my hope that you are leaving a positive impression with each interaction. I believe in angels. I see the evidence of their work every day. What strange angels have you encountered recently? Who has lifted you up when you were nearing rock bottom?
