Boulder Organic Pizzeria opens

BOULDER – Boulder Organic Pizzeria has opened at 1175 Walnut St. in downtown Boulder offering what it calls “sustainable” Southern Italian dining and drinks.

The pizzeria will be open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night. The menu will also offer many gluten-free options.

Executive Chef Giuseppe Monaco uses local and sustainable ingredients to create traditional Italian cuisine. Growing up on the island of Capri, Italy, Monaco began studying in culinary school at the age of 14 and has always prepared what was locally available each season.
