Organic Center in contest for donation

BOULDER – The Organic Center, a Boulder-based research institute focused on the science of organic food and farming, will compete for up to $100,000 in donations from Stonyfield Farm’s Profit for the Planet initiative.

Customers of Stonyfield Farm’s yogurt can use codes printed on limited-edition yogurt lids to vote for their favorite organization including The Organic Center, the Center for Biological Diversity and the Energy Action Coalition.

The three participating organizations will receive part of the $100,000 donation based upon the final tally of votes on Dec. 15.
