BBB awards seven Torches

For its tenth annual Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics, the Mountain States Better Business Bureau selected seven recipients from Northern Colorado and one from Wyoming  – the most since the inaugural presentation in 1999 – in four categories according to number of employees.

From one of the region’s largest employers to a tiny auto repair shop, the winners are all committed to doing the right thing – for customers, for employees and, increasingly, for the planet. Two honorees are in “green” businesses, and maybe not coincidentally, four are family-owned.
