In Northern Colorado, most people know Centerra as a place to shop, grab a bite or go to a movie. It’s also a favorite location for corporate offices. And it has gained recognition as the region’s top-selling new-home community.

Company officials could not be reached for comment, but the move was confirmed by city of Louisville officials and Westminster economic development office documents.

Westminster is giving McKesson $157,897 in tax and fee rebates to stay at least five years in the city, according to city documents. The documents said the company considered other sites in Louisville and Broomfield.

“As we understand it, McKesson has decided to consolidate their Louisville and Broomfield operations at a single location in Westminster,´ said Becky Hogan, economic development consultant for Louisville.

She said McKesson’s departure would leave 69,145 square feet available at 285 Century Place in Louisville. CB Richard Ellis is marketing the two-story office space.

McKesson also leases space at 329 and 335 Interlocken Parkway in Broomfield.
