PlanSource merges with CoAdvantage

BOULDER – PlanSource, a Boulder-based human resources company expects to grow the size of its office following its merger with Orlando, Fla.-based CoAdvantage.

PlanSource became a wholly owned CoAdvantage subsidiary, another human resources company, Jan. 2. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and PlanSource will not change its name.

There currently are three employees at the Boulder PlanSource office. Suzanne Beranek, a spokeswoman with the company, said the company “is hoping to add 20 to 30 employees during the next 18 months.”
