Center breaks mold with aesthetics, soothing design

BOULDER – The treatment of cancer is often more painful than the disease itself for both patients and their families. The sterile white walls and clinical environment of most hospitals don’t help.

The Tebo Family Medical Pavilion, a new outpatient cancer-care center at Boulder Community Hospital’s Foothills campus, is different. It combines a warm, soothing environment with the latest medical technologies and integrative approaches to cancer treatment.

A joint venture with Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, the 42,000-square-foot center offers several cancer treatments in one central location, including diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy, clinical drug trials and alternative integrative therapy.

Christopher Wood
Christopher Wood is editor and publisher of BizWest, a regional business journal covering Boulder, Broomfield, Larimer and Weld counties.
