Hunter to head VisioNetx in Boulder

BOULDER – Entrepreneur Dave Hunter has been named president and chief executive of Boulder-based VisioNetx, a developer and producer of ocular scanning devices.

VisioNetx was formed in January as subsidiary of AcuNetx Inc. (OTC: ANTX), a medical diagnostics company based in Torrance, Calif. VisioNetx products track and analyze eye movement and can be used in drug testing and determining if employees have the mental fitness to perform certain tasks.

Collis Woodward was named VisioNetx president and chief financial officer, and Douglas MacCarthy was named vice president and chief operating officer.
