NIWOT – Looking out over his popular – and packed – restaurant, Bradford Heap muses over the changes he’s contemplating.
He’s already revamped the menu of Le Chantecler, the renowned Niwot restaurant founded by Colorado celebrity chef Radek Cerny in 1999.
