Tahona serves taste of Yucatan, 80-plus tequilas
The stretch of Boulder’s Pearl Street between 10th and 11th streets is rapidly becoming restaurant row. Without racking up more than 100 steps on your pedometer, you can sashay from Juanita’s to The Kitchen to seven eurobar, finishing up at the newest addition to the eating extravaganza: Tahona Tequila Bistro, which opened July 1.
Tahona co-owner Mara Soutiere doesn’t worry about the competition. Instead she’s thrilled to be in such a desirable location.
