Karsten resigns as PVH chief administrator
FORT COLLINS — Margo Karsten resigned today from her post as president and CEO of Poudre Valley Hospital.
The hospital’s 3,008 employees were notified at about 9 a.m. in an e-mailed statement from Rulon Stacey, president and CEO of hospital parent Poudre Valley Health System.
“She resigned for personal reasons,´ said Pam Brock, the health system’s vice president for marketing. “We can’t comment any further, except to say we wish the best for Margo.”
Kevin Unger, vice president of operations at the hospital, will step in as interim president, Brock said.
