Local stocks mixed despite market advance

As stocks soar nationally with the closing of the polls, stocks for locally based companies are showing mixed reactions.
As of 11:15 a.m. today, Advanced Energy Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AEIS) was down to $9.91 from $10.10. Longmont-based Applied Films Corp. (NASDAQ: AFCO) was up .95 cents to $23.96. Fort Collins’ Atrix Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRX) was down slightly to $30.99 from $31.08. Heska Corp. (NASDAQ: HSKA), another Fort Collins company, was up to $1.54 from $1.49. UQM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: UQM) was steady at $2.20.
