Change must start at top, ami group founder says

BOULDER — Sheila Paxton believes in a few simple concepts when it comes to organizational communications, but what she believes in may well be just what your business needs.

Paxton, the former president of Frontline Technology Center and a career entrepreneur with three successful startups behind her, recently launched the ami group in Boulder, providing one-on-one coaching to executives and executive management teams. The focus, she said, is very much on performance training for the sales organization of a company, with a clear view of the bottom line.
